Remember that whenever we mention "[email protected]" in this guide, you should replace it with your own email address. Here is the guide:
1. Open Office 365 Outlook on your computer.
2. From the top menu, click on "File" and then select "Add Account".
3. Enter your full email address, including the domain, such as "[email protected]" and click "Connect".
4. On the next screen, select the option "Advanced Setup" and click "Connect".
5. Select "IMAP" or "POP" as the account type and enter the following information:
- Incoming mail server (IMAP or POP): mail.dominioteste.com.br
- Incoming mail server port (IMAP: 993 / POP: 995)
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.dominioteste.com.br
- Outgoing mail server port (SMTP): 465
6. Check the option "Requires SSL/TLS" for secure connections.
7. Enter your username, which is your full email address, such as "[email protected]".
8. Enter your email password and click "Connect".
9. Wait while Outlook manually sets up your account. This may take a few moments.
10. Once the setup is complete, click "Finish" to finalize the process.
