Remember that whenever we mention "[email protected]" in this guide, you should replace it with your own email address. Here is the guide:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 on your computer.
2. From the top menu, click on "File" and then select "Account Settings".
3. Click on "Add Account" to add a new email account.
4. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next".
5. Select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next".
6. On the next screen, fill out the information as follows:
- Your Name: Your name
- Email Address: [email protected]
- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: mail.dominioteste.com.br
- Outgoing mail server: mail.dominioteste.com.br
- User Name: [email protected]
- Password: your email password
7. Click on "More Settings" and go to the "Advanced" tab. Configure the ports as follows:
- Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
8. Click "OK" to close the "More Settings" window.
9. Click "Next" and then "Finish".
Done! Now, [email protected] is set up in your Microsoft Outlook 2010.
