Remember that whenever we mention "[email protected]" in this guide, you should replace it with your own email address. Here is the guide:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 on your computer.
2. From the top menu, click on "Tools" and then select "Account Settings".
3. In the "Account Settings" window, click on "New" to add a new email account.
4. Select "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP" and click "Next".
5. Check the box for "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next".
6. Select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next".
7. On the next screen, fill out the information as follows:
- User Information:
- Your Name: Your name
- E-mail Address: [email protected]
- Server Information:
- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: mail.dominioteste.com.br
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.dominioteste.com.br
- Logon Information:
- User Name: [email protected]
- Password: Your email password
8. Click on "More Settings" and go to the "Advanced" tab. Configure the ports as follows:
- Incoming server (IMAP): 993
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
9. Click "OK" to close the "More Settings" window.
10. Click "Next" and then "Finish".
Done! Now, [email protected] is set up in your Microsoft Outlook 2007.
